A scraper comprises a handle 1 having a recess 2 in which is secured, by means of a screw bolt 5, a holder for an exchangeable scraper blade 7, the holder consisting of two bent-over sheet-metal members 3, 4 the longer limbs of which are secured, e.g. by welding, at the ends thereof remote from the bent-over portions.
