[Also in Division B8] Each axle 22 of a cable reel transporting trailer (see Division B8) is supported at one end of an arm 21 which is pivoted to the trailer chassis at 23 and which, at its other end, is connected to a leaf spring 25. A coil spring 31 engages the top of the arm 21 and is supported in a housing 33 secured to the chassis and provided with a removable cap 34.
