A rooflight comprises an outer dome 1 of polymethyl methacrylate, and an inner dome 2 of wire mesh reinforced transparent rigid polyvinyl chloride, which may be supported as shown on a skirt 5 or it may be supported directly on or under the roof 4, or the inner dome alone may be supported under the roof 4.
