An electric component assembly consists of two elements 1 and 2, such as resistors, in spaced adjacent parallel relation, provided with wires 3, 4, 5 and 6 extending longitudinally in alignment with the elements, a body 7 of electrically insulating plastic completely surrounding the elements and part of the wires, the wires 4 and 6 at one end of the elements ending flush with the surface of body 7, and a metal strip 8 bonded to the plastic connecting these flush ends. An insulating layer 9 may cover strip 8 and be bonded to body 7.
