963,664. Bracelets. E. A. PENTTINEN. Oct. 5, 1962 [April 10, 1962], No. 37705/62. Heading A3H. An extensible bracelet comprises a series of telescoping hollow links each link having a smaller portion 1 and a larger portion 2 such that the smaller portion of one link is slidable within the larger portion of another link, with a spring extending through and projecting from two oppositely disposed lateral slots 4 in the smaller portion of each link, the larger portion of each link having inwardly extending abutments 5 for engaging the projecting parts of the spring and the smaller portion of each link having an end wall against which the spring presses. The spring may comprise a strip in the form of a number of coils which are coplanar when under tension. The external corners of the links may be rounded. The links may be curved.
