Abstract
960,465. Defined action batteries. ULTRA ELECTRONICS Ltd. Aug. 2, 1962 [Aug. 3, 1961], No. 28202/61. Heading H1B. By the addition of a salt having a positive heat of solution to the cell in its dry condition, when the cell is activated the heat of solution released assists in raising the temperature of the cell. Chlorides of magnesium and aluminium are used with a sodium chloride electrolyte.
