[Also in Division B3] A self-tapping screw 10 comprises cutting edges 13 at its point 12 for drilling a hole, and locking projections 18 on the head 17 for engaging the work. Figs. 4, 7C, 8C and 9C are sectional views across the drilling end of various embodiments. A screw-driving slot -may be formed in the head 17.
