A method of manufacturing a pipe clamp comprises producing a pipe-sectioned moulding 1 of synthetic plastics material in which the portion forming the flanges 2, 6 for the clamping arms has a groove 5 in that surface to be formed as one of the feet to comprise location means therefor, the cross section of said portion having a combined T-U section 2, 5 whereby the clamp member is completed by cutting through the part forming the vertical limb of the T. To produce a clamp covering a wider range of adjustment the vertical limb of the T may be cut away entirely, Fig. 7. The resulting clamp may be secured and located on a beam 19 by a bolt 18, Fig. 10.
