[Also in Division G1] Apparatus for indicating unpermissable movement between bearings, comprises a lever 9 with a lug stop 12 moved by cross-head shoe 7, if it moves an unpermissable amount, to cause magnified movement of the end 13 of lever 9 and of a pusher 14 which operates a switch 15. Once pusher 14 has been raised it is locked in position by a catch 19. Member 27 may be rotated by arm 21, thus moving pusher 14 and hence stop 12. The number of rotations of the body possible before switch 15 closes may be used as a measure of the permissable wear left on the bearing.
