Abstract

The invention comprises the comphorated derivatives of 2-amino-thiazoline having the formula: <FORM:0952708/C2/1> <FORM:0952708/C2/2> <FORM:0952708/C2/3> therapeutic compositions thereof, and a process for preparing said compounds which comprises salifying the corresponding acid derivatives of camphor by means of 2-aminothiazoline by bringing the reactants into contact in the presence of a solvent. Said compositions having a respiratory analeptic and anti-tissive activity are administered orally as tablets, syrups and potions, rectally as suppositories, and in ampullae for injection in solution in distilled water.
