Isotactic polypropylene is stabilized with a synergistic composition comprising a cobalt dithiocarbamate of formula: <FORM:0948503/C3/1> and a nickel phenolate of formula: <FORM:0948503/C3/2> wherein R, R1, R2, and R3 are C1 to C18 hydrocarbon radicals and R4, R5, R6 and R7 are C1 to C12 hydrocarbon radicals.
