In a Hall plate modulator a capacitor connects one side of the R.F. input to one selected side of the output to neutralize inductive coupling between the input and output circuits. The capacitor may be a reverse biased PN junction, variable bias being applied through a resistor to the junction of the PN capacitor and a blocking capacitor, to vary its capacity.
