A clamp, e.g. suitable for clamping shuttering units having panels 10, strengthening strips 11 and flanges 12 having apertures 14, comprises a pair of hook members 13 engaging the apertures 14 and a clamping member 15 formed with spigots 16 which engage further apertures in the flanges and bears an extension 18 which is slidably connected to the member 13 to prevent rotation when the member 19 is screwed to clamp the device.
