Abstract

Pharmaceutical hypotensive compositions comprise 3-hydrazino-6-carbamoyl pyridazine and reserpine preferably in an amount by weight of 1/1000 to 1/50 (more preferably 1/500 to 1/100 ) of that of the pyridazine compound. They may be in forms suitable for oral administration, e.g. a tablet or cuterically coated tablet. Specification 942,981 is referred to.
