940,325. Wrapping butter. SEPARATOR A.B. Feb. 28, 1961, No. 7266/61. Heading B8S. Butter from churn 1 falls through aperture 2 into upwardly-tapering hopper 3 and is discharged into wrapping machine 9 by two screw conveyers 8, 8a. The screws are driven by motor 11 through adjustable gear 12. Hopper 3 runs on wheels 14, 14a so that it may be used in connection with a plurality of churns and is raised into position for receiving butter from a churn by means of jack 15.
