937,005. Burr crushing rollers. KING'S LEA CORPORATION. Aug. 1, 1961, No. 27889/61. Class 120 (1). Burr-crushing rollers for use in combination with a worsted carding engine are so interconnected as to avoid backlash. In one form the crushing rollers 16, 17 are interconnected by helical gears 48, 49 and are driven from a motor 45 through further helical gears 46, 47. An alternative form has each roller 16, 17 driven by independent motors electrically synchronized. Specification 444,043 is referred to.
