A dashboard support which forms part of the body structure comprises a profiled section 1 and a cover-plate 2 suitable partitions 3 being inserted for stiffening and to divide the support into compartments for a loud speaker 9 and for hot air which emerges from slots 11 adjacent the windshield and slots 15 adjacent the side windows.
