920,398. Coffee infusers. S.E.B. SOC. D'EMBOUTISSAGE DE BOURGOGNE. June 23, 1961 [July 8, 1960], No. 22894/61. Class 129. In a coffee infuser of the type described in Specification 865,352, the bottom of the basin 3 for the ground coffee is formed with a pipe 4 leading into the fluid-tight water-heating chamber 5 and surrounded by a member 21 so constructed as to form passages between itself and the pipe; an aperture 22 in the end of the member 21 is smaller than a corresponding aperture in the end of the pipe, this resulting in water and steam passing alternately up the pipe to the coffee in the basin. The member 21 is provided with feet 23 so that it serves as a stand for the basin during charging.
