[Also in Group XXIII] A cricket bat or other handle has metallic tubes 10, 11 arranged one within the other, the outer tube 10 being of circular or elliptical crosssection and of high tensile light alloy and the inner tube 11 of high tensile steel being spaced therefrom by a cap 13 and a rubber spacer member 15.
