909,556. Packages; boxes. PEDDINGHAUS, G. April 11, 1961 [April 11, 1960], No.13062/61. Classes 18 and 94(1). Hammers are packaged by enclosing the heads in a member 3 having a slot 4 through which the handles protrude and passing sheet of cardboard 1 round and between the handles in sinuous form. A cap 5 may secure two pivoted halves of the member 3. In lieu of the flanged half 3<SP>11</SP>, a hinged flap may cover the front and top of the member and be secured to the opposed wall by tongue-and-slot connections Fig. 2 (not shown).. A plastics sleeve may enclose all the handles. The package facilitates display.
