A rotary connection for supplying current from stationary bars 18, 19 to rotating, concentric conductors 4, 5 leading to a highfrequency evacuated induction furnace according to the parent Specification, comprises a pair of stationary ball or roller races 10, 11 connected to the bars 18, 19 by flexible conductors 20, 21 and adapted to be urged together by springs 16 so as to press balls 12, 13 or rollers of good conducting material into engagement with co-operating races formed on rotating conducting members 7, 8 attached to the conductors 4, 5. The members 7, 8 are separated by an insulating disc 9.
