Class 52(2) A rest, particularly for use in supporting an infant in a bath, comprises a rectangular frame formed so that the parts 14, 19, 22 and 23, which support a fabric cover, do not come into contact with the infant. The frame is made of plastic covered wire and the above-mentioned parts are enclosed in pockets in a detachable cover which is slightly stretched when positioned on the frame. Reference is made to the use of a sling and pocket to support the infant in the seated position.
