888,528. Stimulating urinary action. MC CRARY, L. I. Feb. 12, 1960, No. 5031/60. Class 81 (2). A device for stimulating normal urinary action comprises a closed liquid container 10 which has opposite transparent wall portions, an open-topped cup 14 in the upper part of the container and means for conducting liquid from the lower portion of the container to the cup which communicates with the lower portion through a restricted aperture 17. In use, liquid drips through the aperture in the base of the cup 14. Inversion of the container causes liquid to pass from the lower part of the container and along grooves 15 at the sides of the cup which is thus refilled. In a modification, a transparent cylindrical container has apertured cups at both top and bottom, the arrangement being such that when one cup has emptied, the container is inverted so that liquid drips from the other cup.
