Class 39(4) The pick-up mechanism of the parent Specification is modified in that the float is omitted and instead the outer tube is supported for universal movement by a carrier, the carrier being mounted for sliding movement along a track situated above the pond surface. Further, relative rotary movement between the outer and inner tubes is prevented by longitudinal keying.
