A trailer suitable for boat launching has a chassis c comprising forwardly converging longitudinals and transverse members c<SP>1</SP>, c<SP>2</SP>, c<SP>3</SP> and is supported on radius arms d pivoted at d<SP>1</SP> to the chassis. The spring units d<SP>2</SP> are pivotally attached at d<SP>3</SP> to the radiusarms d and are releasably secured to plates d<SP>5</SP> attached to the chassis c. When it is desired to use the trailer as a launching trolley the spring units are disconnected from d<SP>5</SP>, the radius arms d rotated to the dotted position and the springs secured to plates e on the chassis.
