A clutch disc 2 fast with two supporting flanges 5 positioned on opposite sides of a radial flange 6 fast with a hub 1, has two rubber rings 7 bonded to the flanges, radial lugs 6a on the hub flange lying in rubber blocks 10 integral with the rings and contained in pockets 5d in the supporting flanges. Under normal load conditions, the radial lugs 6a on the hub flange 6 engage one side of the support flange pockets 5d.
