879,545. Flexible bags. JAUMOT, A. March 10, 1958, [May 28, 1957], No. 7579/58. Class 94(2). A process for the formation of flexible receptacles comprises the steps of forming at least one elongated flexible sheet into the shape of a " U " having two wall portions 1, and a bottom portion 3, sealing the bottom portion 3 to each wall portion 1 in the region of their junctions whereby to provide a taillike beading 2 at each junction, and sealing the wall portion together at spaced intervals 4 each sealing extending across the wall portions and the bottom portion with the latter reentrantly positioned between the wall portions. Preferably the seals are made by heat sealing.
