Abstract

The following examples of alloys to be etched (see Group XVI) are given:- (a) 0-1.0% cadmium, 0-0.025% iron, 0-0.05% magnesium, 0.2% nickel, remainder zinc. (b) 0-1.0% aluminium, 0-0.5% magnesium, remainder zinc. (c) 3% aluminium, 1.0% zinc, 0.2% manganese, remainder magnesium.
