Abstract

872,725. Mountings for cameras. FAIREY AIR SURVEYS Ltd. Oct. 10, 1957 [July 10, 1956], No. 21388/56. Class 97(1) [Also in Group XXXII] A camera 84 for aerial photography is supported by vibration-damping mountings 86, (see Group XXXII). The ,load-carrying plungers of the mountings are secured to flanges 87 and the mountings are pivoted at their lower ends to brackets 88 on a frame 89 through which a lens turret 90 extends. Locking pins 91 lock the mountings in a given orientation. The camera may be mounted by any of the three types of mounting described.
