A shaft coupling comprising axially spaced flanges A, B secured to the ends of coaxial shafts, one A of which carries bolts C having square heads 3 which engage recesses F in the periphery of the other flange B. The bolts C may as shown pass through resilient bushes D carried by the flange A, and the heads 3 may be secured to the flange B by grub screws G.
