Abstract
846,115. Liquefaction of gases; coaxial pipes. PHILIPS' GLOEILAMPENFABRIEKEN N.V. July 6, 1956 [July 9, 1955], No. 21013/56. Classes 8(2) and 99(2). In a cold gas refrigeration apparatus a pipe 6 from the condensation space 2 is closed at its lower end and has an enlarged portion 7 into which opens a pipe 8 which is surrounded by the pipe 6 and leads to a liquid lock 11; the liquid in the pipe 6 insulates that in the pipe 8.
