Abstract

838,269. Hall effect devices. SIEMENSSCHUCKERTWERKE A.G. July 23, 1958, No. 23787/58. Addition to 823,299. Class 37. In a Hall generator having a temperaturesensitive resistor in circuit with the Hall electrodes to provide temperature stabilization as claimed in the parent Specification, the terminals of the resistor are maintained at substantially the same temperature to eliminate thermo-electric effects. Fig. 2 shows the Hall wafer 1 on insulating member 8, the Hall electrodes 3a, 3b being connected in series with resistor 4 having component part 4a and 4b. The terminals 5a, 5b of the resistor are disposed close together.
