Abstract

835,168. Carriers for pneumatic despatch apparatus. CAMPER & NICHOLSONS Ltd. June 30, 1958 [Dec. 23, 1957], No. 39849/57. Class 78 (1)] The carrier comprises a rigid casing a of semi-circular cross-section provided with discs b, c at its ends and a message container m of cellulose acetate or other relatively unbreakable transparent material. The container is inserted between spring clips g which are riveted to the carrier at h. Openings j, k are formed in the carrier through which pressure can be applied to the container to remove it. A station selector head d is fixed to the disc c and is surrounded by a felt ring i which leaves exposed the selector knob e and the dial f. A felt pad n is attached to the disc b.
