Abstract
834,089. Testing fabrics. WITTE, W. Sept. 25, 1957 [Oct. 4, 1956], No. 30046/57. Class 42 (2). A thread counter having a displaceable needle is fitted into a magnifier attachment which is illuminated by a pocket lamp. The needle 6 is observed through an aperture 3 of unit length and is movable by means of the rod 4. The counter, which has a flange 7, fits into one end of the magnifier 9 which has a lens 93 and a projection 91 with a bayonet fitting for attachment to a pocket lamp 10 after the lens 11 of the lamp has been removed.
