832,266. Cycle saddles. HEALY, J. E. April 29, 1958 [May 9, 1957], No. 14780/57. Class 136(3) A cycle saddle has its seat 1 hinged at 4 to a member 5 so that it can be swung up and then down through 180 degrees into an inverted, lout-of-use position. The seat 1 is of sponge-rubber and has a base sheet 2 provided with a protruding peg 9 to register with a hole 8 in the member 5 and a marginal rain-collecting channel 3 for drainage away through a lip 3a. The member 5 is attached to the saddle pillar through a link 6 carrying a spring 13 and a socket 10.
