Abstract

831,093. Stripping conductors. TESLA NARODNI PODNIK. Nov. 8, 1956, No. 34115/56. Class 36. A wire-stripping tool comprises a grinding disc 7 which rotates around the axis of a wire guiding insert 8 and around its own axis, the second rotation being derived from the first by a toothed wheel 10 mounted on the shaft 9 of disc 7 to engage the inner teeth of a toothed ring 11 fixed on casing 1. The disc 7 is located in a recess 6 in a disc 5 which is secured to disc 3 carried by shaft 4. The wheel 7 penetrates into a recess in the insert 8, where it removes the insulation, the insert being narrowed at this point so that only the stripped wire may penetrate beyond. The casing has openings for the removal of the stripped insulation.
