Abstract
A composition for bonding an hydraulic cementitious material to a base surface comprises 100 parts by weight of an aqueous emulsion of a polyvinyl acetate resin into which 8 parts by weight of polychlorinated diphenyl and 8 parts by weight of tricresyl phosphate admixed at 100-110 DEG F. are stirred followed by 2 parts by weight of hexylene glycol dissolved in 5 parts by weight of water. The bonding process is effected as described in Specification 822,276, e.g. between materials and surfaces specified therein.
