Abstract
822,252. Boots &c. LEMOINE & CIE M. Sept. 9, 1957 [Sept. 8, 1956], No. 28439/57. Class 17(2) A foot-arch supporting shoe comprises an upper 2, an outsole 1, a heel 3, an insole 4 and a counter stiffener 5. The heel and stiffener are asymmetrical being extended forward on the inside to about half and two thirds the length of the shoe respectively. The insole is either provided with an integral thickening 4<SP>1</SP> under the longitudinal foot arch or a second insole having such a thickening is placed over an ordinary flat insole.
