Abstract
An electro-acoustic transducer of e.g. quartz or barium titanate, is attached to a delay line of e.g. glass or metal, by coating one or both parts with metal using the ultrasonic tinning technique and thereafter soldering the parts together with the application of heat and pressure. The part or parts may be coated by immersion in an ultrasonic tinning bath.
