Class 120(2) The subject-matter of this Specification is substantially the same as a part of that described in Specification 816,821 but the claims relate to the rotatable spindle having an orifice in its wall and a lengthwise passage backing from one end of the spindle into communication with the orifice, the entrance of the passage being eccentric to the axis of rotation of the spindle. Specification 811,001 also is referred to.
