813,751. Lamp-holders. FLEXIBLE LAMPS Ltd., FLEWITT, G. L., and JOHNSON, B. May 31, 1957 [April 6, 1956], No. 10647/56. Class 38 (1). A vehicle lamp comprises an insulating disc 10 of laminated plastic secured on the lamp base 13 carrying lamp-cap receiving sockets 15, 16 inside which, on the disc, are mounted spring plungers 17, 18 and 19, 20 respectively. The ends 22 of the plungers are formed as rivet heads 23 to secure them in the disc, and copper strips 24 connect them to terminals 26, 27, 28 and a stud 29, a conductor 30 bridging terminal 28 and stud 29. The sockets may alternatively be screw threaded, and only one plunger contact provided in each, or only one or three sockets may be provided on the disc.
