Abstract

811,035. Reflectors; feet. EIGENHEER, J. April 27, 1956 [April 29, 1955; July 2, 1955], No. 13024/56. Class 126 [Also in Group VI] A medical radiation apparatus has a folding reflector for ease of transport. A tubular radiation assembly 1, 2 is mounted in end pieces 4 on a base 3. A twopart parabolic reflector 5a, 5b, mounted on longitudinal pivots, is also carried on the base, the parts being arranged to be closed together for transit or opened out for use. The pivots may have locating spring devices to determine the angle to which they are opened and legs 8, 9 may be provided, the central one being rotatable about a vertical pivot to determine the angle at which the apparatus is directed.
