805,201. Whistling kettles. BROWN (ASTON) Ltd., G. Feb. 11, 1957 [Feb. 11, 1956], No. 4337/56. Class 66. The body of a kettle has a concave recess 1a pressed outwardly of the body, the recess being covered internally by a shaped disc 6 co-acting with the recess 1a to form a whistle. The whistle may be between the handle 4 and the spout 3 and the disc 6 may be secured in position by a flange 11 on the spout 3 used for fixing the spout to the body and by rivets that also secure the handle fitting 12 in position.
