The snap-action device of the parent Specification is supported at 4 along one uncorrugated side, the opposite uncorrugated side carrying a contact 5 at one corner or an extension of one corner, whilst the actuating force is applied at a point 7 substantially half-way along the unsupported uncorrugated side.
