795,121. Indicating-apparatus. NATIONAL RESEARCH DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION. Nov. 2, 1956 [Nov. 3, 1955], No. 31434/55. Class 106 (4). An indicating-instrument movement 11 is gripped by bowed leaf springs 14 secured to a back plate 16 and, when the plate 16 is inserted and pushed fully home in a casing 15, the springs 14 are so depressed as to more strongly grip the movement. A central part 17 and two marginal parts 18 of each spring are bent inwardly to embrace the dial plate 12 which is in one with the movement 11 and pairs of spaced projections 13 of the dial plate 12 receive the parts 17 of the springs between them to prevent relative rotation between the plates 12, 16.
