Abstract

792,458. Loom healds. VEB WEBSTUHLBAU NEUGERSDORF. June 2, 1956, No. 17111/56. Class 142(2) Cams 3 swing levers 1 to operate the healds through lifting cords 4, the levers swinging about a pivot 5 at the end of arms 6 held stationary by cams 8. To level the healds, the cams-8 are turned by intermeshing pinions 10 to release the arms 6 and the cams 3, then swing the levers about their lower point 11 (see Fig. 2) whereby the healds remain stationary.
