A carton comprises a liner 10 enclosed by cover elements 15, 19, at least two sides of the liner having flaps adapted to be swung down to facilitate packing. The liner may be slit so that all four walls above the level of the element 15 fold down. Alternatively only two adjacent walls may fold down.
