789,871. Brake cylinders. PETERS & CO., Ltd., G. D. May 7, 1956 [Feb. 11, 1955], No. 4141/55. Drawings to Specification. Class 103 (1). In a brake cylinder for vacuum brakes on vehicles or the like of the combined type, i.e. in which the cylinder itself is contained in an outer casing, the outer casing is formed from a plastic material incorporating a suitable fibre reinforcement such as a resinous composition containing a reinforcement of glass fibre. Various designs of combined-type brake cylinders having an outer casing of the above type are disclosed in the Specification. Specification 789,872 is referred to.
