Abstract
The composition of the parent Specification is modified by increasing the percentage volume of propylene glycol from 30-40 per cent to 40-50 per cent, the water percentage being not less than 40 per cent. The solution may also be buffered to a pH of about 5.5 to 7.5 by addition of a phosphate or phthalate buffer (e.g. disodium phosphate-citric acid).
