Abstract

777,176. Motor vehicles. DAIMLER-BENZ AKT.-GES. May 16, 1955 [May 18, 1954], No. 14135/55. Class 79(3). [Also in Group XXXV] The electrical equipment at the front of a motor vehicle, such as lights, signals and horn, is combined to form one or more structural groups, each having a common housing which, in the case of a single group, may extend across the width of the body and which may be secured to the latter in a readily releasable manner. The groups may connect to the wiring of the vehicle through multi-pin and socket couplings. The electrical equipment at the rear of the vehicle may be formed into one or more similar structural groups.
